Not a usual title for a blog post of mine, but it is the title of the new book I am releasing. Nor is this the usual time. I wanted to let everyone know as soon as I could.
Yes, I have finally released another book, Supacar.
It is the follow-up to Spiral, which I released in 2018.
This is the burb from the back:
“Unable to reconcile the failure of the previous year, Det.Sgt Jake North is reluctant to become involved with another investigation. His colleagues do their best to engage him but are frustrated. He is nonchalant when he is asked to help. When he is injured whilst off-duty, he becomes involved. In Jake’s own words: ‘Do you really think I was going sit around and not find out who did this to me?’ He had to discover who it was that shot him and killed an innocent shop owner. Jake re-traces the steps of a series of events that have taken place, which bring him into the world of high-powered car racing. His partner, Anhton Roberts, has a brother, Dan Roberts, who is a driver for one of the Supacar race teams. Experimental enhancements are uncovered, along with mysterious failures to some of the cars at one of the events. It comes to a head when at another event, the teammate of Dan Roberts is killed in an accident. Jake is encouraged to investigate and he deems it murder.”
Across on my website (links below), both of these products are available. The original cover version of Spiral (limited supply) will be available at AUD$20.00, plus packaging and handling. The new release, Supacar, is available for pre-order for AUD$25.00 until July 1, 2022, when it goes to public release. At that time, it will have a selling price of AUD$32.95. (AUD indicates the Australian selling price, which is what’s listed on my website.)
